Steve Kozak is an astute professional who is passionate about value being delivered. He has a strong analytical mind, which he utilises to help clients optimise their operations. Steve is a strong believer in excellent governance. He champions rigorous financial, organisational and management processes because of their strong links to value delivery.
Steve is a champion of value and making sure it’s delivered is his primary role with Troika. Steve works alongside our clients and consultants to ensure client engagements are well resourced and projects are managed efficiently. He makes sure our SME clients have access to the right advisors in the right areas and that those advisors are the right ones for the job, they are actually used, and there are systems and people in place to ensure that they are used correctly.
Steve also brings strong financial acumen, which is leveraged to help pressure test business models. This supports the development of strategy around investment and resource allocation. Steve’s measured approach is also useful in assessing a firms performance by clearly identifying the key performance drivers behind a business.Next
